One-time usage purchase
Direct usage packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Paid credits have no fixed time-based expiration, but use may be stopped, removed, or adjusted following a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, account closure, legal requirement, or access restriction under the Terms of use.
Usage calculation
- Each supported Direct Reader operation—Reader GET or POST, Document, and Chunk—uses one credit when finalized successfully. Each Direct Summary operation uses five credits when finalized successfully. A failed or cancelled request that is not finalized successfully and whose usage reservation is released is not charged.
- Available evaluation usage is consumed before paid usage.
- Usage is not a feature unlock, cash-equivalent balance, transferable asset, or entitlement to future products.
Payment and fulfillment
Prices are based in USD. Paddle checkout may display local currency and applicable taxes based on the buyer's location, and the amount on the final checkout screen is the amount charged. A browser completion screen does not grant usage. Credits are added to the Workspace that began the purchase only after a signed Paddle webhook has been verified and processed. Credits cannot be transferred to another Workspace or account.
Included scope and questions
This pricing policy applies to Direct Reader REST and the Direct Summary API through OngsooLabs' own channel. Reader and Summary process public HTTPS webpages, and Reader also processes supported text-layer PDF URLs. Perfect results are not guaranteed for every page structure.
