Refund policy
Operator and effective date
This refund policy applies to OngsooLabs Direct usage packs provided by OngsooLabs, represented by Seungsoo Lee, and takes effect on 2026-08-30.
Refunds through Paddle
Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the buyer transaction and processes refunds. Buyers may request a refund through the support route in their Paddle receipt, the Paddle Refund Policy, or the OngsooLabs Support page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and, under Paddle's policy, are normally processed within 14 days after approval. A shorter mandatory deadline under applicable law takes priority.
Information for a refund request
Submit only the minimum information needed to identify an order or account and the reason for the request. Do not send passwords, API keys, cookies, or card data. The support contact is support@ongsoolabs.com.
Statutory and country-specific cancellation and refunds
Consumers in South Korea may request cancellation of a digital-content or service contract and a full refund within seven days of the transaction under the Paddle Refund Policy in effect for the transaction. Where relevant law applies, if the service was supplied differently from its description, advertising, or contract terms, consumers may also have cancellation rights within three months after supply or within 30 days after discovering, or when they reasonably could have discovered, the discrepancy. When a cancellation is valid under South Korea's Electronic Commerce Act, mandatory rules including a three-business-day refund period after cancellation take priority.
Other refund requests
A request not covered by statutory or country-specific rights is reviewed case by case under the Paddle Refund Policy in effect for the transaction and may be approved in full or in part, or declined. This does not limit a buyer's mandatory rights under applicable law.
Credits after a refund or payment reversal
If a refund is approved or a chargeback or payment reversal is confirmed, credits granted for the order may be held or removed and related service access may be restricted. This does not limit a buyer's mandatory rights under applicable law.
Mandatory rights and related documents
This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law. Each transaction is governed by the pricing, terms, and refund policy in effect at the time of purchase, together with applicable law.
